I have a tip for you on how to easily and quickly add a spicy, exciting touch to any dish.
A hint of lime, a splash of red wine vinegar, the freshness of mint and the heat of the chilli – these are a few of the components of my chilli jam.
You can use it to refine any meat dish, it also goes very well with lamb and it adds a special touch to sheep’s cheese. Just try it, you will taste the difference!
